Serve as the business partner between management and employees by handling questions, complaints, conflicts resolution in all employee relation matters. Maintain and control employment policies & procedures, compensation, employee benefits, and other HR programs. Supervise job descriptions and conduct exempt/non-exempt classification. Maintain the Human Resources Information System on the payroll program. Supervise payroll processing through ADP system and provide payroll report and analysis regularly. Perform Workers' Compensation/Safety claims filing and report in support of Distribution Center Manager. Administer Unemployment Compensation process and documentation and represent company in unemployment compensation/ insurance matters.
