are currently searching for a highly motivated Bilingual (Korean & English)
Inbound Specialist.
CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
[Primary R&Rs]
40% Mexico shipment ETA and lead time accuracy

o Analyze TMS data for ETA input and actual delivery accuracy
o Compare plan and actual delivery result
o Manage forecast future shipment with MX Pantos and LG PSI
o Report any issue containers that effect to ETA and lead time
o Assist Mexico Direct shipment input IOD

20% End of month sale shipment

o Collect all EOM shipments from the customer
o Try to deliver before end of month for those EOM shipments
o Receive on the system if any old aged shipments
o Expedite to deliver priority container
o Cooperate with each warehouse to receive containers

[Secondary R&Rs]
20% System development

o Add direct shipment and IMDL visibility in TCVS
o Develop DMS information

20% Data comparison

o Manage TMS input ratio
o FTV and Sea-stock report differences
o DMS data accuracy

REQUIREMENTS
 Education: Bachelor Degree
 1-3 years in logistics (Import, export, inland tracking and distribution) is a
plus
 Demonstrated strong proficiency in and use of Computer skills – Microsoft
Excel, Word, Access and Power Point.
