Responsibilities
– Manage global investor relations
– Interact with global investors; organize and conduct meetings with (potential) investors; attend investor conferences; provide investors with business performance reports; manage fundraising events
– Interact with shareholders and analysts
– Research and analyze market; monitor and analyze competitors; monitor and review industry news
– Prepare for an IPO

Qualifications
– 7+ years of IR experience in private/public U.S. companies or experience of working with global investors in private/public Korean companies
– Bilingual (native in English, intermediate~fluent in Korean)

Preferred Qualifications
– Experience of taking a company through an IPO
– Experience of investment banking
– Experience in a fast-growing start-up or content/media-related company
