Position Description:
This role includes all aspects of business development in the global market, new business structuring, planning and strategy development, and sales and marketing support. You will identify and interact with new prospects and customers around the globe, and you will have the exciting opportunity to deliver on our strategy to accelerate the adoption of our products and services globally. Responsibilities will include finding, approaching, and engaging with new customers globally, identifying opportunities on a broad field of company’s products. You will be responsible for driving top-line revenue growth and overall market adoption of company’s products while managing the day-to-day customer interactions. We are seeking someone who is innovative, creative, analytical, technical, and can think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges, as well as build and convey compelling value propositions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about solving complex problems, can work effectively with senior cross-functional teams, and thrive in a fast-paced setting that is constantly evolving.

Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the team to develop new business plans & strategies encompassing consumer needs, partnerships, and industry trends
• Work closely and collaboratively with marketing & sales team, tech-support team, engineering, operation, regulatory affairs, and legal to coordinate and execute opportunities
• Engage and orchestrate targeted pursuit efforts with new and existing sales teams to win deals and develop distribution & partnership
• Develop robust financial models for deal analysis to resolve structure, support proposals, and influence negotiations for launching new businesses
• Analytical Ability by analyzing business data and identifying key issues
• Schedule and drive quarterly reviews with top tier distributors for various revenue generating and marketing engagements
• Research and analyze industry/market trends, new business opportunities using various research statistics approaches and forecast methodologies

Qualifications:
• BA or Economics/ Graduate degree+ (MBA)
• 5-7 years proven experience overall
• Experience in healthcare or medical industries preferred
• Outstanding relationship skills, including the ability to work with international teams
• Knowledge of digital entertainment, including distribution models, platforms and types of content
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills, including data analysis and financial modeling
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to author and deliver presentations
• Strong digital literacy, including expertise in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Highly proficient with Salesforce and M/S Power BI
