Job Description
• File, handle, and perform jobs critical to office operations.
• Process orders submitted by sales including,
o Purchase order filing
o Create Purchase Order, Invoice, and shipping documents
o Verifying orders, including customers’ information and payment details.Requirement
• Verbal and written communication skill
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in MS office (Excel) application
• Time-management and organizational skills
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• A bachelor’s or associate degree in business, finance, mathematics, engineering, event coordination or a relevant field (preferred but not required)Location
• Fremont, CA (Near Tesla factory and, Lam Research HQ, HW880 Dixon Landing or Fremont BLVD exit)Employment Type: Full time
Salary: $40,000 to $60,000 annually
Incentive: 15% bonus at the end of the year based on performance
