미국에서 미시민권자와 결혼을 했고 form I-130, I-485을 함께 이민국을 보낼려고 합니다. 

Form G-325A 중에서 “This form is submitted in connection with an application for :” 이 질문에 정확히 어떤 것에 체크해야 할지 모르겠어요.

총 3장의 G-325A(I-130 : 시민권자와 본인 각각 한장씩, I-485 : 본인꺼 한장)가 필요한데 3가지 모두 답이 틀려지나요? 

남편의 G-325a는 Other: I-130

저의 것은 하나는 other : I-130(Form I-130에 필요한것)   

        또 다른 하나는 other: I-485 (Form I-485에 필요한것)라고 하는 것이 맞는지 혹시 저의 G-325a는 두개 모두 status as permanent resident에 체크하는게 맞는지 궁금합니다.

한가지더 서류 중 하나인 I-693을 병원에서 받은지 6개월이 다 되어가는데 몇주 뒤에 이민국에 보내도 괜찮을까요?

I-693는 1년간 유효합니다. 단, 현재 버전인 2월 25일 이전 버전이라면 아래 instruction을 참조하여 제출하셔야합니다.

Editions: The current edition is the edition dated 02/25/2010.

Use of earlier editions:

For medical examinations conducted on or after January 1, 2010, the results of the medical examinations may be recorded on either the October 14, 2009, or the February 25, 2010 edition of Form I-693. No edition earlier than the October 14, 2009, edition may be used.

The October 14, 2009, edition is also acceptable for medical examinations completed before January 1, 2010, that used the Interferon Gamma Release Assay (IGRA) test for tuberculosis screening.

The edition dated June 5, 2008, will be accepted for medical assessments conducted prior to January 1, 2010, that utilized the Tuberculin Skin Screening Test (TST).
