Now Editing “Full-time Staff Accountant position available” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at Staff Accountant will be responsible for various accounting duties inclusive of daily bank transactions, accounts payable/receivable, month-end closing entries, and various administrative duties. Responsibilities • Accounts Payable; prepare payments & record expenses to G/L accounts • Record sales invoices/inventory & post AR receipts • Prepare daily cash report recording daily bank & book transactions • Support month-end closing; period-end journal entries & bank reconciliations etc. • Handle bank deposits, cash receipts, and corp. credit card transactions • Maintain W-9 vendor files • Assist other accounting duties as assigned • Support office duties as needed including phone backup Qualifications • 1 - 2 years of experience in accounting preferred • Must have experience in QuickBooks and Excel • Detail-oriented, good communication skills, ability to multi‐task and prioritize • Bachelor’s Degree; completion of at least 6 credit hours of accounting courses or equivalent accounting knowledge • Bilingual (Korean & English) preferred • Must be eligible to work in the U.S Benefits include competitive compensation, 401K, Health/Dental/Vision Insurance, paid vacation & holidays.
