Education: BAdegree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Key Responsibilities 1. Operational Management & Oversight - Manage and oversee the entire end-to-end freight forwarding operation, including both Ocean (Sea) and Air freight for Import and Export shipments. - Ensure all operational procedures comply with global and local regulations (e.g., customs, trade compliance). - Optimize operational efficiency, quality, and profitability across all service lines. - Monitor performance KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions. 2. Head Office & Internal Communication - Serve as the main point of contact and communication channel between the local branch and the Lotte Head Office in Korea. - Prepare and submit regular performance reports, budget forecasts, and strategic updates to the Head Office. - Ensure the local branch strategy is fully aligned with the corporate strategy and directives from the Head Office. - Facilitate seamless communication and cooperation across international branches and departments. 3. Sales & Business Development - Lead the branch`s new business development and sales management efforts, with a focus on acquiring new freight forwarding clients - Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue targets. - Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, carriers, and vendors. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. 4.
