This company is the major global logistics which is based on its densely connected 360 networks across the world and provides comprehensive logistics services to about 13,000 customers in various industries, such as electronics, machinery, chemicals, oil refining, construction, distribution, food, energy, and fashion.

We are currently searching for a highly motivated Distribution Center Operations Manager at one of our warehouses located in Fontana, CA.

REQUIREMENTS:

o Korean/English Bilingual

o College degree required

o 5 to 6 years of distribution and warehousing/ logistics experiences.

o Intermediate computer skills (excel, PPT, word, outlook)

o Great written and oral communications skills

CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

o Plan, organize and control general warehouse operations.

o Manage warehouse supplies, as well as vendor relations.

o Report daily operational topics to DC GM and Director.

o Maintaining DC compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

o Manage and drive improvements in inventory control, shipping, and receiving to achieve high performance and low damage levels. Report accuracy, timing and damage results vs. standards.

o Responsible for DC security and safety programs.

o Manage all aspects of employee relations, including performance reviews and disciplinary issues, conducting reviews for direct reports and assuring supervisors are conducting periodic reviews for their reports.

o Maintain physical facility and ensure clean working environment.

o Maintain the correct equipment capacity for effective warehouse results.

o Direct maintenance program for lift truck fleet.
