This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas; payroll and benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy & procedure implementation, recruitment/employment, risk assessment, and employment law compliance. CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual. Conducts recruitment effort for open positions and new employee orientations. Handles employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing. Conducts manpower management of distribution center; monthly report of turnover rate by job functions, categorize by voluntary and involuntary quit, proper management of overtime and breaks. Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program and revises as necessary upon the guidance of upper management team. Performs payroll/benefits administration, including claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefits information to employees. Manage employee time sheet hours, overtime, and breaks. Maintains human resource information system records and complies reports from the database.
