      Raw Material Supervisor

    E Shift Mon ~ Fri Day Shift (8am ~ 5pm)

    Responsibilities
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize raw material warehouse efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Oversee and manage all aspects of raw material warehouse operations, from receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
    • Implement and enforce strict safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
    • Manage and supervise a team of raw material warehouse personnel, providing leadership, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Implement and maintain inventory management systems to ensure accurate tracking and control of raw material stock levels.
    • Monitor and analyze raw material warehouse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in raw material warehouse technology and best practices.
    • Assist with inventory counts and audits, ensuring the accuracy of stock records.

      Operations Support Specialist

    E Shift Mon ~ Fri Day Shift (8am ~ 5pm)

    Responsibilities
    • Support daily operations of the raw material warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
    • Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment to ensure smooth material flow.
    • Follow established safety guidelines and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
    • Work closely with team members and supervisors to complete assigned tasks and meet operational goals.
    • Assist with inventory management by updating records and helping ensure accurate stock levels.
    • Help monitor basic warehouse performance indicators and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
    • Support inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy of stock records.
    • Assist in monthly inventory reconciliation by comparing physical stock with system data and reporting differences.
    • Respond to internal and external requests related to raw material inventory, including checking availability and providing updates.
    • Perform other general warehouse support tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

      Raw Materials Lead

    A Shift Mon ~ Thurs Day Shift (7am ~ 7pm)
    B Shift Thurs ~ Sun Day Shift (7am ~ 7pm)
    C Shift Mon ~ Thurs Night Shift (7pm ~ 7am)
    D Shift Thurs ~ Sun Night Shift (7pm ~ 7am)
    E Shift Mon ~ Fri Day Shift (8am ~ 5pm)

    Responsibilities
    • Manage staff (temporary) team members, including but not limited to training, attendance management, work quality/productivity management, and filling in roles for no-show staff when necessary.
    • Maintain constant communication with shuttle drivers and external warehouse personnel regarding real-time STO schedule updates related to Ingot/Wafer operations.
    • Receive and inspect incoming Ingot/Wafer materials, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards.
    • Store and organize Ingot/Wafer inventory according to designated procedures, maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and track material movement.
    • Assist with inventory counts and audits, ensuring the accuracy of stock records.
    • Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
    • Work collaboratively with other warehouse staff to ensure efficient and timely operations.

    Qualifications
    Warehouse MHE experience preferred
    Bachelor’s Degree and/or equivalent experience preferred
    Good written and verbal communication skills
    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    Ability to multi-task
    Proficiency in MS Office Products
    Proficiency in Korean is required
