    Ocean Export Specialist
    Locations: Carson, CA
    Responsibilities:
    – Assist customers with the shipment process to include booking, quote/rate, tracking, scheduling pickup and invoicing
    – Prepare and process required documentation for customers clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
    – Consolidate or deconsolidate containers when necessary
    – Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments
    – Input servicing information onto the internal system.
    – Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

    Ocean Import Specialist
    Locations:

    Responsibilities:
    – Communicate with overseas agents to initiate ocean import processing.
    – Customs clear importing goods through customs brokerage.
    – Consolidate or deconsolidate containers when necessary.
    – Research and select various vendors/agents and arrange timely ground transportation delivery.
    – Track the delivery status and communicate information with applicable parties.
    – Handle accounting tasks. (AP/AR/Closing/ etc.)

    Sales Operations Manager
    Location:

    – Euless, TX
    Responsibilities:
    – Oversee all sales activities such as planning and budgeting, managing, and building customer relationships.
    – Provide bid phase shipping estimates and development of pricing & cost forecasts.
    – Communicate with various contacts (vendors, partners, teams and more) in processing shipment setups.
    – Coordinate and arrange all modes of import/export services for international goods.
    – Expedite clearance and delivery to meet client’s requirements
    – Prepare/Present proposals and customer facing presentations

    Logistics Operations Specialist I

    Responsibilities:
    – Handle inbound orders and shipments from customers and agents.
    – Perform data entry, process documentation, and manage shipment records accurately and efficiently.
    – Monitor, track, and update shipment statuses as part of daily operational procedures.
    – Provide timely and accurate customer support, including real-time tracking updates.

    Responsibilities:
    – Process inbound/outbound orders and manage inventory control.
    – Update systems with information related to received freight, order processing, and shipments.
    – Process customer orders on a daily basis.
    – Check shipments for accuracy and generate reports on shipment results.
    – Manage daily orders efficiently and delegate tasks to temp staff.

    Responsibilities:
    – Oversee and manage all aspects of order fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.

    – Minimum 3~5 years of experience managing operations in a warehouse or distribution environment.

    – Strong understanding of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems (WMS).

    Sr. Billing & Settlement Specialist

    – Review data provided by the Operations team to ensure all applicable charges are billed to the customer.
    – Ensure billing accuracy by verifying charges against the applicable tariff rates.
    – Process billing via internal settlement (EDI) or manual invoicing.

    Responsibilities:
    – Oversee the posting of open positions, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct background checks.
