Ocean Export Specialist
Locations: Carson, CA
Responsibilities:
– Assist customers with the shipment process to include booking, quote/rate, tracking, scheduling pickup and invoicing
– Prepare and process required documentation for customers clearance, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
– Consolidate or deconsolidate containers when necessary
– Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers on the status of their shipments
– Input servicing information onto the internal system.
– Manage relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise

– Communicate with overseas agents to initiate ocean import processing.

Responsibilities:
– Oversee all sales activities such as planning and budgeting, managing, and building customer relationships.
– Provide bid phase shipping estimates and development of pricing & cost forecasts.
