Warehouse Specialist
Location: Casron, CA

Responsibilities:
– Support E-commerce and 3PL warehouse operations for LG HH (Household & Health Care) and TCS products
– Process inbound/outbound orders and manage accurate inventory control.
– Receive daily work assignments from the supervisor and execute tasks accordingly.
– Update systems with information related to received freight, order processing, and shipments.
– Process customer orders on a daily basis.
– Check shipments for accuracy and generate reports on shipment results.
– Manage daily orders efficiently and delegate tasks to temp staff.
– Coordinate with co-workers and temp staff to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
– Communicate with team members and customers to ensure all daily responsibilities are completed.
– Receive daily work assignments from the supervisor.

Qualifications:
– Experience handling Amazon-related operations or cosmetics inventory is preferred.
– 0~3 Years of warehouse experience is required.
– A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with co-workers.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
– Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

Salary: $50,000 – $70,000 per Salary, depending on experience.

B2C/ E-Commerce Warehouse Manager

Responsibilities:
– Manage end-to-end 3PL B2C/ E-Commerce fulfillment operations (Inbound, Picking, Packing, Shipping, Returns)
– Oversee cosmetics-specific handling requirements (SKU control, lot/expiration management, packaging quality)
– Ensure accurate and timely order processing through WMS-based operations
– Monitor and improve key operational KPIs (Order accuracy, SLA, productivity, cycle time)
– Manage warehouse staff and daily labor planning
– Coordinate with customer service and brand partners on order issues and escalations
– Support new B2C customer onboarding and operational setup
– Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and scalability

Qualifications:
– 5+ years of experience in B2C / E-Commerce warehouse or fulfillment operations
– Hands-on experience in cosmetics, beauty, or consumer goods fulfillment
– Strong understanding of B2C order processing workflows
– Experience using WMS systems for inventory and order management
– Proven ability to manage on-site staff and operational performance
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English is required.

Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 per Salary, depending on experience.
