    Warehouse Operations Specialist
    Location: Joliet, IL – Apply Now
    Responsibilities:
    – Coordinate daily warehouse operation activities, including receiving, picking, repacking, and shipping.
    – Utilize the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to manage inventory, track orders, and monitor workflow.
    – Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
    – Generate and analyze WMS reports to improve efficiency and identify process improvements.
    – Assist with scheduling and coordinating deliveries to meet customer requirements.

    Warehouse Specialist I

    Qualifications:
    – Minimum 3~5 years of experience managing operations in a warehouse or distribution environment.
    – Strong understanding of logistics and last mile delivery expectations.
    – Experience in supervising and leading warehouse teams.
    – Strong understanding of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
    – Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to generate reports.
    – Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    – Forklift certification (optional, depending on the operation).
    – Knowledge of beauty or cosmetic products is a strong advantage.
    – Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

    Dispatcher

    – Schedule and coordinate outbound trucking services based on customer delivery orders.
