Location: Carson, CA
Salary Range: $50,000 – $60,000 annually

– Prepare and process accounting documentation, records, and filings.
– Coordinate all modes of import/export services and ensure expedited clearance and delivery.

Staff Accountant
Location: Torrance, CA
Salary Range: $56,000 – $65,000 annually

– Review and confirm expense ledger and prepare monthly closing preparation
– Manage the Company employee expense reimbursement and credit card
– Review fixed asset schedule and depreciation expense monthly
– Review prepaid expense schedule and expense monthly
– Prepare and process journal entries and account reconciliations for month-end close
– Manage reviewing/auditing responses and documentation in all aspects
– Analyze financial information and prepare balance sheet, profit/loss statement, and other reports
– Prepare including but not limited to annual financial statement, and internal quarterly F/S
– Conduct special projects as well as completing any additional duties provided by the supervisor
– Develop and enforce proper accounting practices within the department and the company
– Closely work with other departments and provide guidance based on accounting principlesQualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree required in accounting or related field
– 0 – 3 years of accounting experience; entry-level candidates with relevant internships will be considered
– Demonstrate solid understanding of accounting practices and controls
– Strong analytical skills are required, as is the ability to conduct in-depth research, evaluate problems, and recommend viable solutions
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to relay technical accounting information to non-technical people
– Bilingual in Korean and English preferred
– Multi-state tax experience desired
– Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines required

Senior Tax Accountant
Location: Torrance, CA
Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annually

– Oversee tax management including strategy, planning, and compliance for U.S., Mexico, and Canada.
– Develop and enforce proper accounting practices and manage offshoring tax strategies.
– Liaise with tax authorities and third-party preparers to ensure accurate tax filing and minimize liabilities.
– Prepare and review tax returns, manage corporate tax provisions, and support financial reporting.
– Assist in corporate tax planning, research tax regulations, and provide tax support to affiliates and acquired companies.

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or a related field.
