Warehouse Lead
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Shift: B Monday – Wednesday/ Monday – Thursday & Night Shift (8pm ~ 8am) – Apply Now
Shift: D Thursday – Sunday/ Friday – Sunday & Night Shift (8pm ~ 8am) – Apply Now

Responsibilities:
– Oversee and manage all aspects of order fulfillment operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of orders.
– Supervise inbound and outbound activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of battery-related materials and final goods.
– Ensure accurate order fulfillment with an emphasis on speed and quality control.
– Monitor and control inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations.
– Assign daily tasks and provide leadership to warehouse staff and temporary employees to ensure operational efficiency.
– Implement and enforce SOP to maintain productivity, quality, and compliance.
– Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support as needed.
– Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve issues and maintain high service levels.
– Ensure accurate stock levels through regular cycle counts and audits.
– Track and report daily operational performance and identify areas for improvement.
– Ensure warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and company policies.
– Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes and improve order accuracy and efficiency.
– Support continuous improvement initiatives for workflow optimization and cost efficiency.

Qualifications:
– Minimum 1 year of experience managing operations in a warehouse or distribution environment.
– Strong understanding of logistics and last mile delivery expectations.
– Experience in supervising and leading warehouse teams.
– Strong understanding of inventory control practices and warehouse management systems (WMS).
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to generate reports.
– Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
– Forklift certification (optional, depending on the operation).
– Bilingual in Korean and English is required.

Salary: $50,000 – $63,000 per Salary, depending on experience.

Warehouse Specialist I
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Apply Now
Shift: Monday – Friday (8am ~ 5pm)

Responsibilities:
-Process inbound/outbound orders and manage inventory control of battery-related materials and final goods.
– Update systems with information related to received freight, order processing, and shipments.
– Process customer orders on a daily basis.
– Check shipments for accuracy and generate reports on shipment results.
– Manage daily orders efficiently and delegate tasks to temp staff.
– Coordinate with co-workers and temp staff to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
– Communicate with team members and customers to ensure all daily responsibilities are completed.
– Receive daily work assignments from the supervisor.

Qualifications:
– 0 years of experience required; relevant warehouse experience is preferred.
– A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate with co-workers.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.

Salary: $45,000 – $55,000 per Salary, depending on experience.

Logistics Specialist
Location: Phoenix, AZ – Apply Now

Responsibilities:
– Schedule and coordinate outbound trucking services based on customer delivery orders.
– Prepare and verify dispatch documents and shipping instructions.
– Communicate with drivers, carriers, and logistics partners to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
– Monitor truck arrivals, departures, and loading activities in the yard.
– Ensure proper loading procedures and safety compliance during dispatch operations.
– Maintain accurate records of dispatched shipments and update inventory systems accordingly.
– Communicate any delays or issues promptly to the operations manager and relevant parties.
– Support the yard operations team with daily tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
– Experience in logistics or warehouse shipping operations is preferred
– Familiarity with dispatch procedures and transportation coordination.
– Basic understanding of safety regulations, especially for battery or hazardous material handling (preferred).
– Strong communication and coordination skills.
– Detail-oriented and organized.
– Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
– Proficient in basic computer systems and inventory management tools.
– Fluent in Korean and English (verbal and written)

Salary: $50,000 – $63,000 per Salary, depending on experience.
