HR Generalist I

Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:
– Oversee the posting of open positions, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct background checks.
– Facilitate both employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting new hire orientations and exit interviews.
– Assist with the employee’s benefits enrollment.
– Ensure the approval of employee timecards by managers in a timely manner.
– Address inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and programs.
– Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
– Work experience in Human Resources preferred.
– Demonstrated understanding of employment laws and regulations.
– Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
– Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
– Fluency in Korean is required.

The base salary range for this role is between $50,000-$60,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
