Site Operations Specialist

– Location: 335 W Pecos Ave, Queen Creek, AZ 85140
– Type: Full-Time
– Experience: 0 ~ 3 Years
– Salary Range: $50,000 – $65,000 per year, depending on experience

Responsibilities
– Supervise daily truck delivery schedules, assignments, and team performance to ensure operational excellence.
– Ensure timely completion of deliveries and address on-site operational issues promptly.
– Prepare and submit accurate daily progress reports, including trucker activity, project milestones, and delivery status.
– Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and logistics activities.
– Work closely with drivers, warehouse staff, and other logistics personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
– Maintain detailed logs of cargo movements and on-site activities.
– Coordinate with vendors, clients, and drivers to ensure smooth on-site operations.
– Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and address any issues.
– Monitor safety compliance and adherence to project guidelines.

Qualifications
– Strong organizational and time management skills.
– Bilingual in English and Korean.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
– Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
– Experience in logistics, trucking operations, or cargo project management, with a preference for candidates who have supervised teams.
