2005 9월에 485를 접수했습니다.
그런데 제 딸이 13살이라서 finger print 비용을 안냈습니다.
그러나 내년 2월이면 14살이 되는데, 그전에 485가 승인이 나면 모르지만 승인이 안될 가능성이 훨씬 많겠지요.
제 딸의 경우 485 심사가 내년 2월이 넘어가서 14살이 된 경우에는 finger print 를 해야 합니까?
이것으로 인해 진행이 늦어질까 염려가 됩니다.

It’s the same case with me. I asked/emailed my attorney hired by my company about what you are asking. What he replied to my email was “The only fingerprint requests we ever received are for you and your wife.”

In othe words, you have nothing to do at this time with this case but wait for the USCIS’s notice. I haven’t done anything yet and stay in touch often with my attorney.
I would say you don’t have to worry about any delay of the processing due to this case.
Any similiar cases and more update would be greately appreciated.
