The Company is a Freight Forwarding and total 3PL logistics company established in 2002 to provide high quality and comprehensive worldwide logistics services.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic decision-making and ensure the financial health of the company.

Responsibilities

– Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analysis
– Conduct variance analysis of actual vs. budget and provide actionable insights
– Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and business planning
– Analyze financial and operational data to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
– Collaborate with business units to understand financial performance and drivers
– Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs, identify trends, and provide recommendations
– Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and special projects
– Assist in the development of annual budgets and long-term financial plans
– Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting systems.

Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
– 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related field
– Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) preferred
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
– Bilingual in Korean and English is required.
