[Requirements]
1. Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship, but not necessary
2. Bilingual in Korean and English
3. 2 ~ 7 years’ experience in Automated Equipment Engineering or other similar equipment area
4. Prefer someone who has experience in customer facing role (application, engineering support etc.)
5. Bachelors Degree or Associate Degree

[Responsibilities]
1. Provide post sales technical support and training of automated equipment
2. Involve in customer installation and training.
3. Conduct troubleshooting, repairing and equipment modification works.
4. Respond to situations and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software.
5. Reports design, reliability and maintenance problems to design/software engineering.
6. Provide feedback to the Engineering group on specific processes or other issues with customer’s comments when necessary.
7. Act as the technical contact to achieve the commercials objectives for automated equipment business.
