Bachelors or Associate Degree [Preferred but Not required] * 2 ~ 7 years’ experience in Automated Equipment Engineering or other similar equipment areas. * Prefer someone who has experience in a customer-facing role (application, engineering support, etc.) [Responsibilities] 1. Provide post-sales technical support and training of automated equipment 2. Involve in customer installation and training. 3. Conduct troubleshooting, repairing and equipment modification works. 4. Respond to situations and fix problems in malfunctioning equipment or software. 5. Reports design, reliability, and maintenance problems to design/software engineering. 6.
