작년 OPT기간 동안에 원천징수한 FICA TAX를 리펀 받으려고 하는데요.
현재 캘리포니아에 살고 있는데 NON-RESIDENT여서 택스 보고는 TEXAS AUSTIN IRS로 파일링 하는데 그럼 FICA TAX리펀 서류도 같은 주소로 하면 되는건가요? 같은 주소지만 다른 봉투에 넣어 따로 보내야 하는건가요?

If you are filing Form 843 in response to an IRS notice, send it to the address shown in the notice. Otherwise, file Form 843 with the service center where you would be required to file a current tax return for the tax to which your claim or request relates.
