Regarding #4578 down there in the list, here are phone numbers at FBI.

304-625-5590 this number is for finger print check. You need an Alien number (A#) to check your status.

202-324-2399 this number is for name check which is done at the FBI headquarter in Washington, D.C. You can also email at fbinncp@ic.fbi.gov.

Finger print check and name check are separate processes, and are seprately done in different places.
