Now Editing “fbi fingerprint 백그라운드 체크 – 체포 기록” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) state university 에서 일하는데 fingerprint background check (going to FBI) 을 요구 하네요. 헬스케어 연구원으로 일하는데 patient records access 때문에 필요한 것 같습니다 criminal history 는 없는데 학생 때 뉴욕에서 체표되서 (무임승차로 오해해서) 한번 arrest 기록이 있고 acd 로 처리되고 (dismissal) 현재 sealed 됐는데 (2년 전) 이것 때문에 공항에서 입국 때 세컨더리로 가거든요 arrest record show up 될지 모르겠는데 이런 기록이 있으면 특정 직업은 힘들다고 알고 있는데 (가령 care giver 나 teaching ) 문제가 될까요 ? 변호사 문의 결과 show up 해도 문제 없을 거라고 하는데 걱정이 되네요 healthcare researcher 로 일합니다.
