PD: 1/12/2021 I-485 receipt date: 7/1/2021 Texas service center로 접수 되었는데, processing time이 22.5-50개월이라 떠서 family based 로 다시 지원하면 (I-130과 I-485 동시) 영주권이 더 빨리 나올지 궁금해서 글을 올리게 되네요. 곧 결혼하는데 와이프될 사람이 미국 시민이라서요. I-485 단계에서 employment based와 family based가 processing time이 다른가요? 아니면 I-485 단계에선 둘다 진행기간이 비슷한가요? 답변 부탁드릴게요. 감사합니다. I agree to the terms of service Update List
