This position requires you to demonstrate strategic planning, team management, and continuous improvement skills to ensure continuous improvement in production efficiency, quality, and safety. Production Management: Develop and execute production plans to ensure production targets are met. Monitor production processes and promptly resolve issues that arise. Team Leadership: Lead and manage the production team to enhance employee skills and efficiency. Organize training and development programs to promote employee career growth. Quality Control: Develop and implement product quality standards to ensure products meet company and industry standards. Monitor and analyze production data to continuously improve product quality. Cost Management: Develop budgets and monitor production costs, control resource utilization, and ensure profitability. Identify cost-saving opportunities and allocate resources effectively. Safety Management: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and foster a safe work environment. Conduct regular safety inspections and assessments to promote a safety culture. Project Management: Lead the upgrade and maintenance of production equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
