Job Title: Factory Manufacturing Director

Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and leadership-oriented Factory Manufacturing Director to oversee the overall management and optimization of the factory’s production processes. This position requires you to demonstrate strategic planning, team management, and continuous improvement skills to ensure continuous improvement in production efficiency, quality, and safety.

Production Management:

Develop and execute production plans to ensure production targets are met.

Monitor production processes and promptly resolve issues that arise.

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage the production team to enhance employee skills and efficiency.

Organize training and development programs to promote employee career growth.

Quality Control:

Develop and implement product quality standards to ensure products meet company and industry standards.

Monitor and analyze production data to continuously improve product quality.

Cost Management:

Develop budgets and monitor production costs, control resource utilization, and ensure profitability.

Identify cost-saving opportunities and allocate resources effectively.

Safety Management:

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and foster a safe work environment.

Conduct regular safety inspections and assessments to promote a safety culture. Project Management:

Lead the upgrade and maintenance of production equipment to ensure efficient production processes.
Participate in new product development to ensure production capacity matches market demand.
Cross-Departmental Coordination:

Work closely with other departments (such as R&D, Procurement, and Sales) to ensure smooth product delivery from production to market.
Participate in company strategic planning and provide advice on production strategies.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of relevant manufacturing experience and 3+ years of management experience.
Familiarity with production management processes and practical experience in management concepts such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
Excellent team leadership and communication skills, able to motivate and guide employees.
Strong problem-solving and project management skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent data analysis skills, able to use data to drive decision-making.
