Job Duties:
• manage3-400 employees in the facilities
• manage client support and relationship
• direction and leadership of facility operations
• manage KPI/SLA
• Complies with client specific and the company’s accounting/contracting practices, policies and
procedures by favorable KPI scores and client surveys, client contract compliance etc.
• Deliver an exceptional quality of service to the client
• overview excellent onboarding, training, and team building management.Qualifications:
• Authorized to work in the US
• Experience in Construction management field huge plus
• Requires facilities management experience in manufacturing, or industrial industries
• Korean/ English Bilingual
• Understanding of service level agreements, contract documents and routine accounting
methods.
•Superior client and customer relationship management skills.
• Superior budgeting/forecasting experience is a requirement.
