현재 와이프 F1, 전 F2 입니다.
우선 2010 Spring semester 부터 제가 F1으로 community college에서 공부를 시작하려합니다. 이후 State univ.로 transfer 할 계획입니다.
그래서 신분변경을 직접 신청하려고 해서 검색해보니 아래의 서류가 필요하다고 하시는데…Q1. I-94 original 맞나요? (어디서는 중요한거니 copy해서 보내라고..)
Q2. Original proof of financial support from you or your sponsor(s).
(학교에 I-20신청시 장모님 은행잔고증명서로 했는데. 이거 보내도 되나요? USCIS에서 저랑 관계증명를 요구할까요?)Q3. Letter of explanation (대락 어떤식으로 써야 할까요? —
Q4. I-539 에서 Part 1에 누구를 써야할지…(둘다 동시에 변경하니 헷갈리네요.)
Q5. Part3.d.6 : Have you ever recieved any type of millitary, paramilitary, or weapns training? (군대갔다 왔으니 yes하면 되겠죠?)
Q6. 글구 SEVIS fee는 어떻게 되나요?

1.Completed and signed Form I-539
2.Money order or check in the amount of $300.00 payable to “U.S. Department of Homeland Security.”
3.I-20
4.The original I-94. This white card can be found in your passport. Do not send photocopy.
5.Original proof of financial support from you or your sponsor(s).
6.Sponsor’s letters (if any)
7.Photocopies of your current visa stamp and biographical page of your passport or photocopies of your current immigration document showing USCIS approval of your status. (For example, a copy of your I-797 approval notice).
8.If your application involves dependents (spouse/children), please also include copies of their passport biographical and visa pages, original I-94, and proof of their relationship to you (marriage certificate, birth certificates of children)
