Now Editing “F-1 Students Seeking Optional Practical” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) 4/12/2021 uscis 공식 홈페이지에 F-1 OPT에 관한 글이 올라왔습니다. https://www.uscis.gov/news/news-releases/f-1-students-seeking-optional-practical-training-can-now-file-form-i-765-online 이 글에 따르면 "... is eligible for a different employment authorization category, USCIS will deny the application and retain the fee" 이라고 나오는데요. 만약에 다른 비자로 I-765를 신청했으면 이제 OPT는 신청이 불가능한거 같은데, 이게 맞는건가요?? 제가 잘못이해하고 있는 부분이 있을까요?? 저 같은 경우 현재 학생비자를 유지하면서 비숙련 진행중에 있습니다. I-485 신청했을때 I-765, I-131 같이 신청 들어갔습니다. 졸업이후 오피티를 사용할 예정이였는데, 이젠 그게 불가능해 보이네요. 이렇게 된다면 더욱 더 학생비자를 유지할 필요가 없는거 아닌가요? 물론 비자 유지는 개인의 자유, 선택입니다. I agree to the terms of service Update List
