PURPOSE
We are searching for a professional, collaborative, and quick-witted Executive Business Administrator, CEO & Executive team to be part of the team. The EBA will be responsible for supporting the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Executive team. This role will communicate with global team members (English and Korean), transcribe Korean documents, and will require direction interpretation. To be successful in this role, the candidate must understand the importance of their role in conveying CEO strategy, influencing the culture, and representing the brand across the organization.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, proactive, collaborative, willing to learn, and capable of managing their workload while prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment. This role may be involved in preparing communication for internal and external distribution (Korean and English). This may include compiling data for reports, creating presentations, writing reports, formatting, editing, and proofreading documents. The individual will need to use critical thinking skills to analyze data to support and enhance decision making across various areas of the business. The individual in this role will have access to information about many forms of confidential and sensitive information. Being able to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion is essential. The candidate must be diligent, results oriented, have strong business acumen and customer focus. This role requires someone who loves to learn and effectively multitasks without losing attention to details.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Supporting CEO in development and distribution of organization’s strategic direction.
Determine priority of matters of attention for the CEO; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.
Keep the CEO advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
Assist the CEO and executives in administrative & operational tasks
Attend strategic meetings and take notes of discussion; interpret when needed
Complete a variety of special projects including creating PowerPoint presentations, financial spreadsheets, special reports, and agenda material
Assist with the development and execution of strong employee communications and events.
Prepare and/or edit internal and external presentations and communications, Korean and English
Have a keen understanding of the organization – the vision, business direction, and mission
Take initiative on researching, implementing, and improving systems and processes
Other additional and/or alternative duties as assigned from time to time, including supporting other departments or Executives as needed

3+ years’ experience in a position supporting an Executive team
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Highly experienced in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience preparing executive presentations, internal/external communication documents
Bilingual in Korean
Experience transcribing Korean business documents and interpreting during meetings preferred
Prior experience in the IT Service industry or with a technology team is a plus
Salary Range – $67,360 to $96,316
