Now Editing “Estimator (Contract, 6 Months, Lansing, Michigan)” Name * Password * Email Topic Title (Maximum Length 80) Company * Location Expires at Position: Estimator (Contract, 6 Months) Role & Responsibilities • Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs (Bill of Quantities) for engineering and installation projects • Develop CAPEX estimates including equipment, installation labor, subcontractor costs, and commissioning activities • Build and maintain cost models and pricing structures for project proposals • Estimate installation scope including: Mechanical & Electrical Installation Equipment Erection & Assembly Commissioning & Startup Support • Analyze site conditions, productivity, and installation complexity to develop realistic project budgets • Review RFQs, RFPs, and technical specifications to define project scope and cost requirements • Obtain, analyze, and compare quotations from equipment suppliers and installation subcontractors • Support project planning and budgeting activities throughout the project lifecycle Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Engineering Cost Estimation Equipment or Industrial Installation Projects EPC Projects Logistics Automation Industrial Systems • Strong understanding of equipment systems, installation methodologies, and project cost structures • Advanced Excel skills for cost estimating, budgeting, and financial modeling • Ability to work on-site at project locations as required • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) required • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship Preferred Qualifications • Experience with global engineering, EPC, or industrial installation projects • Knowledge of AutoCAD, layout drawings, and system design concepts • Experience working with installation contractors, construction teams, and field personnel • Strong communication skills in cross-functional and global project environments • Experience using ERP systems, cost management, or project costing software Benefit & Salary • Employment Type: Contract (6 Months) • Location: Lansing, Michigan (On-site) • Compensation: Competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications Apply Please send your resume via E-mail: jihwan.oh@lgcns.com I agree to the terms of service Update List
