Job Purpose
. Support / Troubleshoot / Train users with SAP
. Support users by working with the company’s Korea HQ for fixing issues.

Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned as needed)
. Support users with SAP Issues / Questions

. Make Plan & Arrangements to Train users periodically

. Communicate with the company’s Korea HQ

. Learn & understand the internal process to support the users.

Qualifications
. Bachelor degree in related field.
. Experience in SAP.
. Knowledge in MM, PP, SD, LE modules in SAP
. Familiarity with CO module is a plus
. Ability to read, understand, and modify ABAB
. Ability to do multi-task
. Communication (written & oral) skills
. Ability to work under minimal supervision.
. Willing to migrate to Mexico. This location is very beautiful & offers peaceful life.
. English & Korean for change requests / Issues that are reported by users
