College education desired. Computer skills a must. Job duties include estimating new plans, working with vendors and contractors, researching new products and providing input, working with architects and engineers, reviewing invoices, preparing special pricing requests and working with the management team. Must be able to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines. We are a local construction company specializing in industrial projects in Alabama and Georgia. High Volume calling and data management Other tasks as assigned Administrative Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Perform general office duties such as making copies, filing documents, processing mail, and answering phones Provide assistance to executives and project managers Assist in payroll time entry for Financial Dept.
