New Jersey에 위치한 회사에서 아래와 같이 3년 정도 경력의 Assistant Accounting Manager를 채용중입니다.

Responsibilities:
– In-charge of monthly closing (cost & financial statements)
– Maintains accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions.
– Maintains historical records by filing documents.
– Prepares appropriate reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
– Processes bills for payment and writes checks in a timely fashion.
– Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
– Resolve bill discrepancies.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
– Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
– Must have experience as auditee as full/partially in-charge of assisting, communicating, responding to the external auditors
– Working knowledge of GAAP
– Proficiency in Excel
– Strong ability to analyze information.
