다음주에 온싸잇 인터뷰를 앞두고 있는 쌩 닥터 후보입니다. 회사에서 저 폼을 다 써오라고 했는데 이해가 안가는 질문이 그 안에 있어서요.

“Are you able to perform the essential functions of the job for which you are applying, either with or without reaonable accomodations?” Yes/No.
“If no, describe the functions that cannot be performed.”

느낌상은 예라고 대답해야 될것 같은데….적절한 조치 (reasonable accomodations)없이도 제대로 일할수 있냐는게 질문의 요지인거 같은데 여기서 적절한 조치가 멀 말하는건지 좀 감이 없어서요…..
선배님들의 조언 부탁드립니다.

또 한가지 질문은
“If hired, would you have a reliable means of transportation to and from work?” 이것 역시 왜 물어보는지…..교통수단이 없음 제공해 주려고 그러는 건가요?
