혹시라도 조언을 구할수있어서 올립니다. i-485 작년 9월에 i-140 (premium)이랑 동시접수했습니다. 처음으로 혹시라도 저의 케이스가 이관되었을까 싶어서 Emma Chat 에 제 receipt number 주면서, texas 에 있는지 field office에 있는지 물어봤는데 이렇게만 알려주네요.

Once we receive your application or petition with payment and it has been accepted, we will mail you Form I-797C, Notice of Action. This is the receipt notice that shows your receipt number. You can use your receipt number to check the status of your case on our website.

You will receive an e-notification when the status of your case is updated, if you have submitted Form G-1145 along with your application or petition.

이렇게 뜨면 이관이 안된거로 가정하면 되겠죠? ㅠㅠ

프리미엄으로 넣으셨으면 I140은 승인 되셨을꺼고, I485 receipt number로 조회하셨을때 트랜스퍼 관련 메세지가 안뜨면 아직 이관 안된것입니다.
