    Director of Electrical Engineering

    Job Overview
    The Director of Electrical Engineering is responsible for managing and providing technical guidance on the company’s electrical engineering projects, ensuring all electrical engineering activities align with company strategic objectives and relevant regulations and standards. This position requires extensive knowledge and experience in electrical engineering and management to lead a team in delivering high-quality projects.

    Key Responsibilities
    Project Management: Responsible for the planning, execution, and monitoring of electrical engineering projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    Team Leadership: Lead the electrical engineering team, providing technical support and guidance, and improving the team’s professional skills and work efficiency.
    Technology Development: Participate in electrical system design, implementation, and evaluation of new technologies, promoting technological innovation and application.
    Standard Setting: Develop and optimize electrical engineering standards, procedures, and processes, ensuring compliance with industry norms and company requirements.
    Client Communication: Communicate with clients regarding project requirements, progress, and technical details, maintaining good client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
    Budget Management: Responsible for budget preparation and cost control of electrical engineering projects, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.
    Safety Management: Implement electrical safety regulations, ensuring all engineering activities adhere to safety standards and minimize safety hazards.
    Reporting and Analysis: Regularly report project progress and technical issues to senior management, providing decision support and solutions.
    Qualifications
    Education: Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
    Experience: 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with 3+ years in a management role.
    Professional Skills:
    Familiarity with electrical system design, construction, and commissioning processes.
    Strong project management skills, familiar with relevant project management tools and methodologies.
    Strong technical analysis and problem-solving skills.
    Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to effectively communicate with internal teams and external clients.
    Leadership Skills: Strong team management and leadership skills, able to motivate and develop the team.
