AR supervisor responsibilities include establishing optimal O2C (Order to Cash) process by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information. <strong>What You’ll Do (list responsibilities)</strong> • Review and approve customer enrollment; agreement / credit limit • Review sales order / goods issue • Issue credit invoices. • Review AR aging and facilitate collection • Maintain selling price. • Filing sales taxes according to tax regulation. • Develop, implement, and maintain systems, procedures, and policies, including billing and collection functions to ensure adherence to company guideline. • Provides accounting assistance to project managers and staff; responds to financial questions/concerns to meet business needs. • Acts as a liaison between the company and external parties to meet information needs and to ensure that proper information is maintained for historical purposes. • Train and evaluate team members to enhance their performance. • Ad hoc projects and analysis to support the senior and executive management. • Performs other duties as required. <strong>Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications</strong> • At least 5+ year experiences in AR. • Knowledge and understanding of SAP FI reporting/SD is required. • Superior spreadsheets skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. • Strong decision making, analytical and problem-solving skills. • Good planning and priority setting skills. • May be required to work long hours and weekends. • Ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Ability to be respectful, approachable and team-oriented while building strong working relationships and a positive work environment. <strong>Preferred Skills, Experience, and Qualifications</strong> • Accounting professional certificate holder • Bilingual (Korean/English) 지원을 원하시는 분은 이력서를 이메일: henry.yang@zinusinc.com으로 보내주시기 바랍니다. 감사합니다.
