This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in accounting and hands-on experience in both general accounting and bookkeeping functions. The Assistant Accounting Manager will oversee financial transactions, analyze and maintain financial information, and ensure the accuracy of staff reports. Responsibilities include understanding and supporting various financial operations such as debts, assets, payroll, and revenue analysis, as well as providing recommendations for improving accounting methods and processes. This role involves supporting month-end closing processes, maintaining accurate financial data, and contributing to improvements in accounting processes and reporting accuracy.
