오늘 승인이 맞는지에 대한 글을 올리고 맞다고 하신분들이 있어 이렇게 글 올립니다. 저희 가족보다 오래 되신분들이 많은거 같은데, 좀 운이 많이 따른거 같습니다.
2005년 3월 : PD (접수는 네브라스카)
2007년 4월 : I-140 RD
2007년 6월 : I-485 접수
2007년 7월 : I-485 리턴
* 비자 넘버 없다는 이유였는데, 당시 접수일자도 PD에 들었었고 변호사쪽에서도 이민국 행정착오라고 하여 다시 레터 써서 접수시킴.
* 당시 저희 PD로는 2008년 6월이 마지막이라 막차탄것이었는데, 복잡하게 됐을수도
2008년 7월 : I-140 네브라스카 -> 텍사스 이관
* I-485 정상 접수 되면서 곧바로 이관된듯 합니다.
2008년 8월 : I-485 RD
2008년 9월 : I-140 승인, 바이오메트릭
2008년 10월 : EAD 승인
2008년 11월 : AP 승인
2008년 12월 15일 : I-485 승인 (아래 메일과 함께 아내, 아들과 함께 3가족)저의 케이스는 아내가 주 신청자였습니다. 9월까지 저는 L1, 아내와 아들은 L2 상태였구요.
모든 과정에서 RFE, 인터뷰 없이 잘 끝난거 같습니다. 또 모든 상황 변경이 3가족 동일하게 진행이 되었습니다.
