팩스를 보내게 되면 상원의원 사무실에서 받은 서류를 review한 후 이민국에 조속한
영주권승인을 촉구하는 메일을 보내는 것입니다…GREEN님에게 한 수 배운 겁니다…
I had few questions if you wouldn’t mind answering them. My family and I are in a similar situation as you were before you reached out to your local congressman. I was wondering if you had to send in your original documents and forms or were they copies/duplicates of the original, or does it really not matter?
Also, what form of documents or informations did you send in along with your letter?
Does this have any affiliation with your sponsor? Does this have any effect on them or not at all?
The immigration request form says i need to send related documents that support my situation.. so I sent them one letter that explains my family situation and copies of I485 receipt. not the original one. The documents doesn’t include any information abut affiliation with my sponsor. I think they don’t look through all these documents strictly. Just show them your priority date is current or alrealy passed and there is no any responses from USCIS.
저같은 경우엔 구글에다 제가 사는 state, 그리고 senator을 쳤더니 두명의 상원의원이 나왔습니다 두명의 상원의원 홈페이지로 바로 갈수있는 링크가 있었는데 두분중 한분만 immagration request form이 홈페이지에 있더군요.. 그 form에 팩스번호랑 주소가 다 있습니다 가족수마다 form을 꼼꼼히 작성하고 따로 저희가족 상황을 쓴 letter 한장, 우선순위가 적혀있는 I485 receipt을 보냈습니다 ^^
