어제 PERM 승인 드디어 받고 이런 이메일을 받았습니다. 변호사측에서는 EB3 한국 문호가 닫혔다고 말하는데, 잘못 된것 아닌가요? 이민국 11월 12월 ROW EB3 전부 Current로 나오는데 말이죠.

According to this month’s U.S. Department of State Visa Bulletin, your priority date and employment-based category for foreign nationals born in Korea does not qualify you to apply for Adjustment of Status at this time. We will monitor the Visa Bulletin and alert you once you become current and are able to begin the third and final step of the Green Card process, the Adjustment of Status Application process.

심지어 대기업의 로펌인데, 어이가 없네요. 문호 차트 나온거 찍어서 다시 메일 보내봐야겠습니다.

문호 열려있어요 10월부터 열려있었음 변호사 놈이 안 집어 넣으려고 사기 치던지 고용주가 의도적으로 늦추고 있는 것으로 보입니다. 개소리 하지말고 접수 하라고 하세요.
