PD는 2005년 7월 7일 입니다.
2005년 부터 영주권 신청을 시작했는데
처음 일을 맡아 시작해 주었던 중국여자 변호사가
처음으로 PERM을 시작할 때라 PERM 을 이용한 다른 사람이 어떻게 결과가 나오나 보고 신청을 해야한다고 2달 정도 서류를 붙잡고 있었습니다. 이래저래 시간을 끌다가 늦게 processing 들어갔는데 그 해 9월 1일부터 3순위 문호가 막혀서 485 신청을 못하게되 9월 2일 생일이었던 큰 딸이 21세가 넘어서는 바람에 영주권 신청에서 제외되고 말았지요.
그리고 2순위로 바꿀수 있냐고 문의 했더니 안된다고 답을 해서 하염없이 기다렸는데
알고보니 2순위로 바꿀수도 있었는데 몰라서 못가르쳐 준거였습니다.485 접수증에
PD가 7월7일이었는데 이민국에서 착오를해 7월23일로 적어져있어서
다시 보충서류를 보낼 때 7월 7일이라고 적어서 보냈었습니다.그래서 이번 4월에 7월 22일까지로 발표가 되었기에
나올지 반신반의 했었습니다.그동안 여러 사연은 많지만
오늘 4월 11일에 메일을 받으니
반갑기도하고 어리벙벙 하기도 합니다.오랜 세월 동안 맘이 힘들때 여러분들의 글을 보고 위로도 받고

On April 11, 2011, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.
This step applies to applications that result in an applicant receiving a card (such as a “green card”) or other document (such as a naturalization certificate, employment authorization document, travel document, or advance parole). Applications will be in this step from the time the order to produce the card/document is given until the card/document is produced and mailed to the applicant. You can expect to receive your card/document within 30 days of the approval of your application.
