RFE 뜨고 일주일만에 485 RFE Letter를 받았는데 SUPPLEMENT J 내라고 왔습니다. 그런데 supplement J 를 안냈다는건 변호사가 실수한 부분 아닌가요? RD: 3/17 /2017 변호사가 매 단계마다 실수를 해서 PERM 도 두번 신청하고 광고도 두번하고 오딧이란 오딧을 다 걸렸어요. 485 나오면 여기다가 그 변호사 이름 공개 할까도 생각중인데 아무튼 변호사 실수 맞죠? 그리고 아래가 RFE 핵심내용인데 supplement J 만 작생해서 내면될까요? 지금 변호사를 믿을수가 없네요. RFE Letter -------- you must submit a properly completed and signed <strong>Supplement J , Confirmation of Bona Fide Job Offer Or Request for job Portability</strong> Under INA section 204 (j), showing that the offer of intended permanent employment as stated in the form I-140 immigrant petition continues to exist or that blah blah..
