Final action date 01/01/2017, filing date 01/01/2019로 막혔습니다. 주석부분을 보시면 아시겠지만 지금부터 승인은 문호 적용은 즉시 받습니다. 따라서 PERM (schedule A는 140) 접수일이 2017냔 1월 1일 이전이 아닌 경우 최소한 3월까지는 승인이 불가능합니다. 그리고 485 접수는 3월부터 영향을 받기 때문에 2월 중에는 접수가 가능하고요. 곧 발표될 uscis공지를 봐야겠지만 만약 3월에도 filing date을 쓸수있으먼 2019년 1월 이전 PERM 접수자만 485 접수가 가능하게 될 것이고 final action date을 적용할 경우 2017년 1월 이전 PERM 접수자들만 485를 접수할 수 있습니다. 그리고 안타깝게도 foreseeable future에는 문호 진전을 기대하기 어렵다고 합니다. 주석 원문: The March final action date is 01JAN17 and is being imposed immediately for all future requests for numbers.
