3/29/2010: Welcome notice received.
(On the USCIS website, I-140 is still under initial review).

NIW님,, 2/24전까지 Process는 그럼 PERM밖에 없었던 건가요? PERM 6개월 걸렸다면 님은 7개월(6+1)만에 영주권이 나왔다는 얘기 인가요? 저도 EB2로 들어간다는데 NIW도 아무나 할수 있나요? 전 상경계열인데 NIW로 가능할지요?
