I140-NIW는 변호사와 같이 진행하였고, I485는 혼자 진행했었습니다. 오늘 New card is being produced 뜬거 보고 도움 많이 받은 working us에 기쁜 마음과 함께 일정 공유합니다.

October 22, 2020 Case Was Approved
February 27, 2020 We received your Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker.

I-485: I1-140 승인 전 J-waiver와 각종 서류들 준비하여 I765, I131과 함께 넣었습니다. 
RFE는 I-944 제출 요청 받았으나, 3/9/21 이후에 제출하지 않아도 된다는 판결로 인해 USCIS 홈페이지의 announcement 출력하여 letter 작성하여 제출했습니다.

I-765&amp;I-131
Fingerprint 일정이 12/24/20에 잡혔는데, Office에 갔더니 문을 닫았다고해서 일방적으로 reschedule 되었습니다.  그래도 생각보다 일찍인 3주 후로 reschedule 되고, 핑거 후 바로 승인되어 EAD 카드를 받았습니다.

Notice letter 반송 1회, I944 RFE 후 필요없어지는 일, Fingerprint reschedule 등 여러 일이 있었지만.... 다행히 좋은 결과가 나와서 기쁘네요!
