EB2 (LC audit case) – PERM approved in 16 months

    Hi all,

    My LC under audit was approved today in 16 months (less than 500 days).  I know it is a lot earlier than I expected and I should happy with this.  My actual wage is lower than (15% to 20%) the PW which I am concerned about..

    I feel I cannot proceed to the next step due to those matters.  Would you please share your thought?  Is it possible for the employer refuse to go with EB2 for I140 because of the wage gap?

      it is not a big deal about little tiny difference of wage
